Moving up!

Did I mention I'm directing now? It's true! As on this Monday I'm joining the awesome team at LowBrow Studios full time as one of their animation directors! It's a great opportunity and I'm super psyched to get started. You know them from Cyanide & Happiness and other cool stuff. I've been freelancing for them for a couple years now, and now they're finally bringing me on board. Wish me luck!

Let's Quest with HarmonQuest!

Hey boys and girls, do you like D&D? Do you like Rick & Morty-style animated hijinks? Then you're in luck because HarmonQuest is a mashup of both! Basically, Dan Harmon and a bunch of his comedian friends are playing Dungeons & Dragons in front of a live studio audience, and we animated their improvised adventures. I got to work on this show for a couple episodes and it was a lot of fun. (Seriously the show is hilarious. I cracked up repeatedly while working on it.) I worked as a rough/key animator for Echo Bridge & Starburns Industries using Harmony. It was a very fun and educational experience. You can catch the whole series now on Seeso.com. (With Cyanide & Happiness, that makes TWO shows I've done now on Seeso! Neat!)

Demo Reel 2016

Character Animation Demo Reel 2016 from Jason Price on Vimeo.

Hi everyone! I've finally found time to update the ol' animation reel. I've gone ahead and cut out pretty much all the really old stuff this time in favor of more recent work for The Awesomes season 2 & 3, Cyanide and Happiness, and a short I did for Adam Ruins Everything. You can see The Awesomes on Hulu, Adam Ruins Everything on TruTV, and Cyanide and Happiness on SeeSo.

After Credits

Hey guys, have I mentioned I've been doing work on a new web series from the creators of Screen Junkies and How it Should Have Ended? It's called After Credits and it features scenes that happen after the end of some of your favorite movies. I've worked on a bunch so far including the Hobbit, Guardians of the Galaxy, Taken and more! You'll need to subscribe to Screen Junkies Plus to see all of them, but there's a few you can see for free. Check it out!
